A Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Proposed Project Design:

Port of Pine Bluff requesting engineering services for design of new Fender Pile and Anchor Piles including Winch Anchors for existing system and Barge Access to include pile diameter, pile length and wall thickness, target depth to drive, top elevations and pile placement. Design will be based on mooring and indexing of standard 35′ x 195′ hopper barges. Barge access, existing pile demo, fender repair/replacement and concrete repairs at the existing dock platform are also included in the scope.
