General Acoustics Adds U.S. Rep

General Acoustics GmbH (Germany) has appointed Tom Opishinski of Interactive Oceanographics from East Greenwich Rhode Island as their new distributor for the Eastern United States. John Tamplin of Seafloor Systems Inc. Sacramento California will continue to represent the company in states west of the Mississippi River.

The three parties collaborate closely to provide support for the U.S. market. General Acoustics products include the calibration and maintenance-free tide and wave gauge LOG_aLevel the laboratory wave measuring systems of the UltraLab series and the new SUBPRO 1210 Sub Bottom Profiler.
