Lefkovitz Joins ARCADIS
ARCADIS announced on February 20 that Lisa Lefkovitz had joined its Waterfront Group as Senior Scientist.
In her new role Lefkovitz will be working to advance Arcadis’ relationship and services with the Corps of Engineers and provide strong technical leadership to Arcadis’ industrial clients in the area of dredged material assessment and management.

Lefkovitz is an environmental chemist with more than 20 years of experience in the design and management of chemical and biological evaluations of sediments and dredged materials and the fate and transport of organic and inorganic contaminants in the environment. She joins Arcadis from Battelle where she served as program manager for an environmental services contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District.
She has extensive experience in coordinating field efforts overseeing analysis of environmental samples for a variety of organic and inorganic target analysts monitoring data quality interpreting data and managing subcontractors. She is familiar with the regulations governing ocean and inland disposal of dredged material. She has managed projects for the U.S. EPA and the Navy.
Lefkovitz holds a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Chemistry and a master’s from the University of Wisconsin in Water Chemistry
