HYPACK 2011 Held in New Orleans

Hypack’s 2011 training conference was held on January 10 through 13th at the Sheraton New Orleans.

It was the 18th annual conference and boasted 385 attendees and 32 exhibits by Hypack-related software and hardware manufacturers equipment resellers and service providers.

“The conference continues to be a low-cost opportunity for Hypack users to train their employees and for Hypack to receive important feedback from our customers” said a company representative.

The conference began on Monday January 10 with its annual Humper Classic Golf Tournament the players enduring temperatures as low as 47 degrees.

On Tuesday morning the first session was introduced by a funeral band marching through the exhibit area and into the general session to commemorate the end of Hypack 2010 and the beginning of Hypack 2011.

Pat Sanders began with a description of the Hypack 2011 features followed by training sessions in the different modules offered in the software package.

Separate general training and expert sessions were also available to users who required either a more basic course or a more advanced course. To accommodate the needs of both new and experienced users one-on-one sessions with Hypack techs and programmers were also available.
