NMDC to Dredge Ruwais Channel

National Marine Dredging Company will dredge a new access channel and turning basin for a new sulfur handling terminal near Ruwais Abu Dhabi. The design depth of the channel and basin is 16.1 meters (52.8 feet). Also included in the scope is the extension of the existing Borouge port nearby. Total volume is 17.1 million cubic meters (22.3 million cubic yards) and project duration is 19 months. The client for this project is Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO).
