Enstructure Announces Acquisition Of Ambassador Services Inc.

Bulk terminals and logistics company Enstructure announced the acquisition of marine terminal operator Ambassador Services Inc. on August 5.

Ambassador, based in Port Canaveral, Fla., will continue to operate with Brian Hubert as president and under the name Ambassador Services International LLC. Hubert will become a partner with Enstructure.

Expands Terminal Network

The partnership expands Enstructure’s network of terminals and establishes a flagship terminal in the Southeast. Existing and Ambassador customers will benefit from a broader dry, liquid and breakbulk terminal network on the East Coast and inland river system, Enstructure said. Enstructure will also expand its service offerings to include cold storage and cruise line porter services.

Ambassador also praised the partnership.
