UMWA Honors Eichman

The Upper Mississippi Waterway Association recently honored Russ Eichman, retired executive director, for his years of service to the organization.  Also at the celebration were Attorney Dean Johnson, long-time member and former UMWA secretary, and Dick Lambert, former UMWA president and retired director of the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s Ports and Waterways department.
