Obituary: Juanita Cooper

Juanita Cooper, 84, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., passed away March 7. In the mid-1970s she had worked as a cook aboard the Ranger, of Dravo Contracting Company, and also aboard boats of C&J Towing, Ashland, Ky. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Michael Cooper, who worked within the industry as an engineer. Her late father, Capt. Burl Underwood, was a pilot and captain for AEP River Transportation.
