Campbell Transportation Company Opens New Office In Houston
Houston, Pa.-based Campbell Transportation Company (CTC) recently celebrated the grand opening of its new southern base of operations at Four Oaks Place in the Uptown area of Houston, Texas. The office will primarily serve Campbell’s Gulf Coast and liquid tank barge business.
The new office continues the growth of Campbell’s Gulf Coast presence, following the company’s April 2022 acquisition of Houston-based E Squared Marine Service.
Campbell’s new Houston office, located at 1330 Post Oak Blvd. near the city’s popular Galleria shopping center, features a modern, open floor plan, with team-building in mind. Campbell hosted a grand opening for the new space on May 25.
“It was wonderful to celebrate our new Gulf Coast office with our employees, customers and industry partners,” said Kyle Buese, president of Campbell Transportation Company, following the event. “The office is a result of an extensive process with the focus on our core values. We believe taking care of our employees is paramount. The result is a collaborative environment situated in the ideal location for our Gulf Coast business.”
Campbell’s five core values are safety, customer service, efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement.
The Campbell office is located on the 29th floor of the 30-floor “Central Tower” within Four Oaks Place. The entire development accentuates green space, walkability and sustainability, with buildings Energy Star, LEED and Fitwel certified. Campbell’s space includes open areas, conference space and traditional offices, with high ceilings and ample windows.
“The open design of the office encourages collaboration and interactions, which were two of the key priorities when we started the design process,” said Nathan Hough, Campbell’s vice president for Gulf operations. “The spectacular view of the Houston skyline is an added benefit of the space.”
But at its core, the space is there to support Campbell’s business in the South and bring company officials together with customers and other stakeholders. In view of the grand opening celebration, the office will do just that.
“It’s not every day that we get the opportunity to open an office accompanied by our customers, industry partners, friends, family and vendors,” Hough said. “Thank you to all who made it possible.
“We’re excited to open the new office in Houston, Texas,” he added. “This is another step in CTC’s strategic growth into the Gulf Coast market. This space will serve as the CTC Gulf division’s operating hub for years to come.”
