PTL Offers Sharp Gift To Towboat Cooks

As part of a unique promotion, PTL Marine has been honoring towboat cooks along the inland waterways with a complimentary 8-inch chef’s knife as part of their order.

The program, in cooperation with Dalstrong, honors “captains, cooks and crews” with the knife from Dalstrong’s Gladiator series, presented in a gift box.

“We take pride in celebrating the sharpest of cooks who take great care of their towboat crews in countless ways year after year,” PTL Marine said in a statement. “They represent the very best of the marine industry.”

The program began in September and has presented knives to crews on board more than 60 vessels so far.
