IRPT Elects Directors For 2021-22

Inland Rivers, Ports & Terminals held its 2021 general membership meeting on October 19, at which time the members elected their directors for the upcoming year.

Cindy Cuterra of Morgan City Harbor and Terminal in Lousiana was elected IRPT chairwoman of the board. Anthony Gex of River Bend Brokerage, Ohio, was elected president. First vice president is Robert Maxwell of the Rosedale-Bolivar County, Miss., Port, and second vice president is Lucy Fletcher of AGRIServices of Brunswick, Mo. Jim Kearns of Jones Walker, Louisiana, is secretary/treasurer.

Elected to the board of directors, listed with their respective river basins, were:

Arkansas/White/Red/Ouachita Region: Eric Gilmore, Red River Waterway Commission, Louisiana; Cassandra Caldwell, Arkansas Waterways Commission; Fred Long, Logistic Services Inc., Arkansas; and Kimbra Scott, Arkansas-Oklahoma Port Operators Association, Oklahoma.

Gulf and Gulf Intracoastal Basin: Molly Bourgoyne, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development; Blaine LaFontaine, Port Bienville, Miss.; and Sean Stibich, Port of Victoria, Texas.

Illinois River Basin: Matthew Hogan, J.F. Brennan, Wisconsin; Bill Stahlman, Illinois Ports Association; Pete Colangelo, Middle River Marine, Illinois; and Bob Howard, Chicago and Western Lakes Ports Council, Illinois.

Southeast Rivers Basin: Grady Coble and Dan Benken, Parker Towing Company, Alabama.

Upper Mississippi River Basin: Dave Riggs, Watco Transloading LLC, Missouri; Mandi Brink, Missouri Port Authority Association; Susan Taylor, St. Louis Development Corporation, Missouri; and Dennis Wilmsmeyer, America’s Central Port, Illinois.

Lower Mississippi River Basin: Henry Phillips, Rosedale-Bolivar County Port, Mississippi; Timmie Lynn Hunter, New Madrid County Port, Missouri; Randy Richardson, Port of Memphis, Tenn.; and Allen Evans, Yellow Bend Port Authority, Arkansas.
