StonePoint Materials Announces Acquisition Of River Aggregates

StonePoint Materials LLC  announced September 21 its acquisition of River Aggregates LLC, which operates two sand and gravel facilities serving Houston and Beaumont, Texas. River Aggregates will complement StonePoint’s subsidiary Southern Aggregates, the largest sand and gravel producer in Louisiana.

Founded in 2011, River Aggregates has quickly grown to be one of the largest independent sand and gravel producers in the Houston market. Led by industry veterans Rob Van Til and Carl Davis, who will join the StonePoint team, River provides StonePoint an attractive new Texas platform.
