Nation To Lead New Orleans Propeller Club

The New Orleans Propeller Club announced that Michael Nation, chaplain and safety coordinator for Harbor Towing & Fleeting, will serve as president of the club for the 2019–2021 term.

Nation holds an MBA from LSU in Shreveport, an MDiv from Duke University and a BA from the University of Mobile. He is a member of the Coast Guard’s Lower Mississippi River Waterways Safety Advisory Committee.

Michael is active in industry associations including The American Waterways Operators, Gulf Intracoastal Canal Association, Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association and Waterways Council Inc.
