Rio Controls & Hydraulics Opens Port Arthur, Texas, Division

Rio Controls & Hydraulics, a subsidiary of Rio Marine, based in Houston, Texas, is opening a division of its hydraulics group in the Port Arthur, Texas, area, the company announced April 30.

To be located adjacent to the yard of Vessel Repair, the new subsidiary will be managed by Mark Fiore, who began his career in the U.S. Navy from 1999-2008, serving as an aviation electronics technician and a supervisor of maintenance technicians. After the Navy, Fiore spent 10 years working in various offshore and onshore hydraulic technician and technical manager positions.
