I have long appreciated the high quality of WJ illustrations since it became routine to produce them digitally. Your April 22 edition is no exception. The news in that issue was welcome.

Above all, because of my interest in inland waterways transportation, I was especially pleased to read the editorial by Capt. Bill Beacom because of his common sense and vast knowledge related to wetlands.
