WEDA Midwest Chapter Seeking Abstracts for March Meeting

The Western Dredging Association (WEDA) Midwest Chapter meeting will be held from March 6 to 8 in Memphis, Tennessee, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Memphis. Abstracts are now being accepted from individuals and companies wishing to present at the meeting. The topics highlighted at this year’s event will be sediment investigation; environmental and navigational dredging; coast and shoreline protection and restoration; sediment management and re-use; and surveying. Other topics will be considered.  Abstracts should be send to Aaron Wright at awright@iaiwater.com.

The meeting will kick off with WEDA’s Dredging 101 Short Course and be followed by two mornings of presentations and tour.

Sponsor packages are available for $500 and include one registration, company logo on the WEDA webpage, all meeting literature and signage at the meeting, and the opportunity to distribute company literature or other items at the registration desk.
