Second Hydraulic Engineering Structures and Dredging Congress to be Held in Moscow

The Second Hydraulic Engineering Structures and Dredging Congress will be held February 20 to 21 in Moscow at the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation.

The Congress is organized by the lmaritime industry media group PortNews with the support of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).

The Congress will include the 6th International Dredging Forum and the 2nd Technical Conference “Modern Solutions for Hydraulic Engineering.”

Infrastructure development is a source of Russia’s economic growth. Construction of port facilities and new hydraulic engineering structures on the country’s inland waterways constitute an essential part of all infrastructure projects. It is important to explore the best international practices to implement these projects effectively. With that in mind, the program will include the latest technologies for dredging and hydraulic engineering projects with speakers and attendees reviewing and discussing case studies, specifically the process and the fleet and equipment used.
