Precision Tension Solutions Signs Agreement With Lankhorst Ropes, Phillystran

High performance fiber rope manufacturers Lankhorst Ropes and Phillystran, both WireCo WorldGroup companies, have signed an exclusive strategic supply agreement with Precision Tension Solutions in Houston, Texas. Under the agreement, Precision Tension Solutions will supply project-engineered ropes to the offshore construction, subsea installation, heavy lift, commercial marine, seismic, mining and utility industries in the Gulf region.

Precision Tension Solutions supplies high performance synthetic ropes with complimentary rigging components to clients looking for class-leading engineering, operational excellence and cost effectiveness. Lankhorst Ropes and U.S.-based Phillystran specialize in high performance fiber ropes. Under the exclusive supply agreement, Precision Tension Solutions will provide sales support and undertake rope confection.

The Precision Tension Solutions agreement excludes Lankhorst Ropes deepwater mooring, single point mooring and international shipping business.
