GISL and DPS Form Partnership

Dredge Pump Solutions (DPS), a specialized division of MvO International based in The Netherlands, and Belgium company Global Industrial Sourcing & Logistics (GISL) have partnered to enhance opportunities in the emerging Asian dredging market. The companies will focus on Indonesia, Bangladesh and other Asian countries, supporting local contractors with high-end equipment, support and step-by-step guidance. Governments can continue to contract with local companies to do the majority of the dredge work, but GISL and DPS will provide assistance to increase the quality and efficiency of each project.

GISL consults with shipping lines and cargo owners on optimizing routing, loading and discharging, and stowage planning. The company offers benchmarking for logistics solutions and maritime operations, engineering approaches to packing, handling, transport and administration. In addition, GISL conducts infrastructure projects, such as port and harbor development and consults on shipping, operations, logistics and contract negotiation.

DPS focuses on deployment of dredge pumps, providing equipment, consult and personnel support for dredging projects.
