Inland Rivers HR Opens New Office In Paducah

Just prior to opening its new office in Paducah, Ky., Inland Rivers HR had the building blessed. Chaplains Kempton Baldridge and Don Reusch, both with the Seamen’s Church Institute, oversaw the blessing.

Thomas Montgomery, CEO and president of Inland Rivers HR, said the company decided to relocate from Louisville to Paducah due to its location. “Paducah is more centrally located to our customer base on the inland and intracoastal waterways,” he said. “The rivers are a key industry in western Kentucky, and this location offers us ready access to different river systems.”
Inland Rivers HR operates as an outsourcing company to provide human resource solutions to the maritime industry. The company offers a suite of services, which include recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, training and more.

Montgomery said the company’s employees have more than 50 years of combined HR experience in the inland river industry, and that its services are designed to meet the needs of small- to mid-sized companies.
