WEDA Midwest Chapter Meeting Open for Registration

Registration is open for the 2018 WEDA Midwest Chapter Meeting in Toledo Ohio. The meeting will be held at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel from March 13 to 15.
On Tuesday March 13 the general sessions start with a “Dredging 101 Short Course” followed by an Ice Breaker Reception at hotel at 6:00 p.m. On Wednesday March 14 presentations will be in the morning with lunch and a tour at the Omni Materials/Martin Marietta lime quarry and an optional reception at the Black Cloister Brewery. On Thursday March 15 presentations will take place in the morning and the conference will end at noon.

Individuals and firms are invited to make presentations in the following areas: sediment investigation; environmental dredging; navigational dredging; coast/shoreline protection and restoration; sediment management and re-use; and surveying. Other topics may be considered.
