ALLU Patents New Drum Assembly Construction
ALLU has patented its TS™ drum assembly construction which configures screening blades that spin between screening combs.
The new assembly is manufactured for the existing ALLU D-series material processor bucket frames. By repositioning the combs different fragment sizes can be achieved allowing for the performance of multiple jobs in one unit. The machine works in wet and dry materials without clogging and because the combs carry most of the material weight wear and tear on the drums and bearings is reduced.
The TS drums come with standard blades for screening applications and axe blades for crushing or shredding. The blades are available in sizes 0.63/1.26 in (16/32 mm) 0.98/1.97 in (25/50 mm) and 1.38 in (35 mm). The TS assembly includes seven different models for 17.6- to 49.6-ton (16- to 45-metric ton) excavators and 7.7- to 33-ton (7- to 30-metric ton) wheel loaders.
