Kruse Integration Teams with RG Group to Add Hydraulic System Design and Installation

On June 8 Jay Wise and business partner Mike Sassano signed a strategic alliance with the RG Group of York Pennsylvania to pro-vide custom hydraulic systems in conjunction with Kruse Integrations automation and control systems. 

Wise made the announcement from his booth at the World Dredging Conference (WODCON) in Miami. 
RG Group is a 60-year-old process engineering group that provides custom turnkey hydraulic systems.

“So often I’ve been asked to upgrade controls and automation on a dredge but sometimes the hydraulics are old and outdated and I have to walk away from the project” Wise said. By teaming up with RG Group Kruse Integration can offer under one umbrella controls automation and an upgrade of the hydraulic system including design installation implementation and support which is the expertise of the RG Group.  

Wise has worked with RG Group for many years in the food and beverage pharmaceutical and chemical industries. With the new alliance RG Group will enter the dredging industry under Wise’s tutelage. He has been meeting with teams from RG every three weeks to explain the needs and requirements of the different dredging markets – contracting aggregate mining environmental federal and municipal.     

RG has a big shop in York where they build process systems and all components and sell components in a retail store said Wise.  Their large marketing and sales team will be able to contact the broad dredging market to offer the hydraulic and control system upgrades where needed.   

“Discussions are still ongoing as to how we will manage the projects financially but we formally have the alliance and are going forward with it” Wise said.
