TIDELAND ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF IMT

In November Tideland Signal Corporation announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IMT B.V. Group of Companies.

IMT has developed innovative lighting navigation and signalization products and systems ranging from offshore to marine construction and governmental organizations. Tideland said the product range is valued because it is suited for demanding and critical applications and is designed to withstand the harshest of marine environments.

By acquiring IMT Tideland hopes to expand its portfolio with helideck and circle-H signalization and lighting control systems; aids to marine navigation; offshore platform signalization; obstruction warning lighting; offshore wind farm lighting and signalization.
