WEDA Pacific Chapter Calls for Abstracts

The Western Dredging Association (WEDA) Pacific Chapter fall 2015 conference will take place from November 4 to 6 at the Embassy Suites San Rafael in California. The board is accepting abstracts for technical presentations until June 12.

Presentations on all aspects of dredging and disposal navigation structures environmental restoration and related topics are welcome. Abstracts should be submitted to Matt Arms at programdirector@pacificweda.org.

The projected agenda includes a Corps/Industry meeting from 1 to 3 p.m. on November 4; port meeting from 1 to 3 p.m.; and 2015/16 federal dredging program presentation from 3 to 5 p.m.; hosted ice breaker from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday November 5 will be technical presentations and a luncheon program. On Friday November 6 the morning agenda will continue with technical presentations and conclude with chapter business around noon.
