Teledyne Acquires Atlas Hydrographic

Teledyne RESON GmbH subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc. acquired the assets of Atlas Hydrographic GmbH based in Bremen Germany. Atlas designs and manufactures marine sonar systems for mid and deep water applications specializing in complete hydrographic survey systems for civil applications. Atlas products include advanced multi-beam echo sounders and sub-bottom profilers.
