BAM Completes Australian LNG Facility

The BAM Clough joint venture has completed the design/build contract for the Ichthys LNG project’s Module Offloading Facility (MOF) near Darwin Northern Territory Austrailia for JKC Austrailia LNG (JGC Corporation KBR and Chlyoda Corporation).

BAM Clough is a 50/50 joint venture between BAM International bv (part of Royal BAM Group) and Clough Limited.

The MOF was built as part of the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG Project and will be used to offload very large modules to assemble the LNG liquefaction plant. BAM Infraconsult/DMC was responsible for the design.

BAM Clough is also building the project’s product loading jetty which should be completed by the end of the year.
