Tideland Hires New CEO

Tideland Signal Corp. welcomed Matt Scheuing to its management team as chief executive officer.

He joins Allen Mitchener and the existing Tideland leadership along with a growth investment from Rock Hill Capital Group a prominent Houston-based investment firm that specializes in assisting companies with their market and innovation expansion needs.

Both Scheuing and Mitchener will serve on the company's board of directors.

“I am excited by the opportunity to join the Tideland Signal team and contribute to its continued growth and success” Scheuing said.

Matt Scheuing comes to Tideland Signal with more than 25 years of experience in transportation navigation enterprise software and telecommunications; he has experience ranging from venture funded start-ups to Fortune 100 in a variety of senior leadership roles including CEO and multiple board appointments. A native of Germany with extensive living and operating experience all over the world Scheuing has roots in Texas having received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
