Pacific Chapter Will Meet in Seward Alaska

At the Western Dredging Association (WEDA) Pacific Chapter meeting on October 28 Allen Churchill announced that the chapter’s 2012 meeting dates had changed from the traditional end-of-October timeframe to September 5-7.

Churchill is the chapter president for 2012 and is with the Alaska Engineer District. The meeting will be held in Seward Alaska at the Windsong Lodge.

“We didn’t want to take attendees away from Dredging 2012 (scheduled for October 22-25 2012) so we moved it to early September” he said.

The dates are the Wednesday and Thursday following the long Labor Day weekend which will allow members to schedule time to visit the Seward Alaska area prior to the meeting.
