Stephen Apsey is New Teledyne Odom General Manager

Stephen Apsey became general manager of Teledyne Odom Hydrographic on December 24 upon the retirement of Richard Byrd. Apsey has had a lifelong connection with the company and “has a keen understanding of the environment and applications of the Odom instruments” said a company news release. “He has designed or been involved in the design of many of the Odom projects and possesses a broad understanding of the business aspects of the product line” the statement said.

The company held a retirement party for Byrd on January 10 in conjunction with the annual HYPACK conference in New Orleans.
