Re: The sale of IDR to Waterways Journal
Great for you is the news I hear. Glad you are not just taking your Dredger of the Year alumni status and disappearing!
Craig Vogt
I just received the information from Larry Patella’s WEDA email that you have sold your magazine ownership and you are now editor under the new ownership. I just wanted to let you know that I have always been impressed by your efforts and your professional product with the IDR magazine. And I am always amazed at how you could pull together the detail and articles on the two months schedule.
Your effort and product have been an important piece in the growth of the dredging industry.
Thank you and good luck on your new position.

Just heard about the “changing of the guard” at IDR from WEDA. Hope that this was good news for you. I don’t know if you heard but Michael (Payne) and I also “moved on” this year. In April we merged our firm Payne Hackenbracht & Sullivan with a larger construction oriented law firm Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman here in Philadelphia. Our practice has remained the same and we represent our share of the dredging community still.
