Construction Law Firms Merge

Payne Hackenbracht & Sullivan has merged with Philadelphia construction law firm Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Michael Payne and Joe Hackenbracht who have been representing members of the dredging industry for more than 25 years have formed a new Federal Practice Group within the company which will continue to represent dredging contractors in all phases of federal procurement including assistance in proposal preparation bid protests claims alternate dispute resolution and doing business with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
