Kramer Appointed to Boskalis Board

M.P. Kramer has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. for a three year term.

The appointment was made at the August 19 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Kramer (59) has been chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie since July 1 2005. He is also president of Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) and president of the Board of Royal Dutch Gas Association (KVGN). He is considered a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board in view of the positions he holds and his national and international experience.
