Tulsa Winch Group Acquires Lantec

Tulsa Winch Group announced on March 3 that it had acquired Canadian-based LANTEC Winch & Gear Inc. Tulsa Winch Group is a manufacturer of manufacture of winch gear box and load systems and an operating company within the Material Handling platform of Dover Corporation’s (DOV: NYSE) Industrial Products segment.

Pullmaster Winch Corporation is part of the Tulsa Winch Group and produces specialty winches for the dredging industry.

Serving a global customer base Lantec based in Langley British Columbia manufactures hydraulic winches hoists and gear reducers serving the oil and gas infrastructure and marine markets.
