Hexagon Acquires NovAtel
NovAtel Inc. announced on January 10 that it had been acquired by Hexagon AB. NovAtel will remain a Canadian company and continue to execute its strategy as a provider of GPS and GNSS+ (Global Navigation Satellite System) technology. NovAtel will operate as an independent subsidiary of Hexagon and will conduct its business relations with other Hexagon subsidiaries on an arm’s length basis.
